PCTD was established in 1981, so it has been in Pingxi Township for almost three decades. The shop started as a grocery shop selling daily necessities. It closed for quite a while when the population migrated out of the township. In 1999, the Taiwanese Government started to promote domestic tourism industry. Today, with the prosperity of tourism, the shop transformed from a grocery to a sky lantern specialist, together with the offering of beverages and ice creams. With the utmost service orientation to ensure customers are satisfied on their multi-facet services.
